This week in the art room students are 'traveling' to Ancient Europe to learn about 3-D structures and cultural objects! European art is arranged into a number of stylistic periods, which, historically, overlap each other as different styles flourished in different areas. Broadly the periods are, Classical, Byzantine, Medieval, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Neoclassical, Modern, and Postmodern.
4th Grade is making greek pottery
3rd grade students are making 3-D Greek Columns
2nd grade students are traveling to France and painting Eiffel Towers
K & 1st grade students are making Roman mosaics.
